Since 2013 Arrow Carton has earned a superior rating with AIB. Each year an AIB auditor gives a thorough assessment of our facility to view how our floor practices match up to our documentation. We are audited on our programs and documentation to make sure we are achieving planned expectations with positive results. The inspection categories include: operational methods and personnel practices; maintenance for food safety; cleaning practices; integrated pest management; and adequacy of prerequisite programs and food safety programs. A superior rating means we scored in the top 25% of all five areas and are recognized for our high achievement.

Custom Die Cut Packaging
Die cuts are designed to fit any shape, size, or need. From a simple circle to complex internal packaging design Arrow Cartons die cutters are up for a challenge.
Die cuts start with our design specialists. Once the samples are approved the cutting die is configured to maximize the machines ability. Die cuts can be plain or printed with unique graphics that could include product information, warnings or company logo.
Custom Design
Our experienced design department can take your concept and ideas to create custom packaging that suits your needs. They can take and modify your existing packaging to protect and ship your products safely and efficiently. Once a packaging design is approved we can use our palletizing program to show you how to unitize your product to ensure your product arrives securely to your customer. With our CAD program and cutting table we are able to offer you samples to guarantee a perfect fit prior to production.
Warehousing
Arrow Carton Company offers its customers immediate availability of their product through participation in our warehousing program. By keeping your product on our floor, we service you next day, which results in reducing your internal costs and freeing up valuable floor space.
